Visiting Student Enrollment Instructions

Course registration and payment information

Visiting students may enroll at MCC for a maximum of 11 credits. Students wishing to enroll in 12 or more credits (full-time) are required to matriculate in a MCC degree or certificate program. For more information on the programs and majors offered at MCC, click here.

It is highly recommended that visiting students meet with their home institution advisor and review the MCC course descriptions to ensure appropriate academic preparedness for the course(s) to be taken at MCC and that the course(s) meets program requirements and will transfer back to the home college. It is the Visiting Student’s responsibility to verify that the course(s) he or she takes at Middlesex County College will transfer to the home institution and that the student has the prerequisites necessary to succeed in the course.

If you are visiting from another college you need to:

• Complete the Quick Admission/Registration Form.

• Search for Course Sections by semester/term.

• Complete the registration portion of the Quick Admission/Registration Form with the course sections you have selected. Be sure to include the course section number along with the course code (example: BIO 111 C2) as registration cannot be processed without this information.

• Complete the payment portion of the Quick Admission/Registration Form. For information on tuition/fees, payment and due dates, please see the Office of the Bursar’s website.  Please note that payment is due in full by the tuition due date for the term.  Registrations received after the tuition due date that do not include payment information cannot be processed.

• Submit the required registration paperwork, by one of three convenient methods:
