Mike Malinconico has led the Colts since he took over the head coaching position in 2008. Since then Middlesex County College wrestling has had 7 All Americans, 2 academic All Americans, and has finished in the top 10 in the NJCAA national tournament three times taking 3rd place among division 3 junior colleges twice. Also, Mike played a part in the recruitment and training of 2012 NJCAA national champion John McArdle. 

Mike’s passion for the sport of wrestling and desire to teach is evident in his coaching style and Is only out done by his will to return the Middlesex County College Wrestling team to national prominence.
