| Vehicle #2 was struck by Vehicle #1 due to unsafe backing on an active roadway. Driver of Vehicle #2 stated Vehicle #1 came to a stop and then reversed very quickly. Vehicle #2 sustained major damage to hood, front bumper, lighting pushed in, cracked bumper and plate holder. Vehicle #1 sustained substantial damage. Closed - C. |
