Disruptive Behavior - Perth Amboy Center 11/30/09 02:35 PM
Police were called to respond when a client of the work readiness program became enraged at being informed he would be placed on restriction. Local authorities arrived and addressed the situation. The necessary action to have the client permanently removed for the program was being taken. Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Stop - Woodbridge Avenue and Sine Road 11/29/09 06:27 PM

Vehicle #1 was attempting to park and hit Vehicle #2 which was already parked. Vehicle #1 sustained minor scratches on the passenger side bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained major damage to the passenger side front corner panel. Closed - C.

Suspicious Person - Johnson Learning Center 11/20/09 04:00 PM
An individual reported a suspicious person dropped off bumper stickers in JLC. The suspect was also seen in the area a week prior. The victim did not believe the suspect to be harmful but did feel uncomfortable in the situation. Closed - C.

After running a stop sign, an individual was taken into custody when it was discovered that there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Closed - A.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 11/19/09 11:51 AM
Vehicle #1 was attempting to park his vehicle in Lot #4 and made contact with Vehicle #2 and #3. All three vehicles sustained damage. Closed - C.

Disruptive Student - Main Hall 11/19/09 09:36 AM
A student became verbally disruptive during class when he attempted to speak over the professor during class. The student then fled down the hall screaming and exited the building. Closed - C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #1 11/18/09 11:12 AM
While off campus, an individual noticed that her vehicle's passenger side rear bumper and wheel well were damaged. She believes the damage occured on 11/17/09 while she was parked in Lot #1. Closed - C.

Terroristic Threat - College Center 11/18/09 02:55 PM
An individual reported that someone verbally threatened her. The suspect apologized for his remarks. The victim wanted the incident documented through means of a police report. Closed - C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 11/17/09 02:10 PM
Vehicle #1 was backing out of a parking space when it struck Vehicle #2 which was travelling south in Lot 4. The front passenger door and fender of Vehicle #2 was damaged as was the back bumper of Vehicle #1. Closed - C.

Hit and Run - Parking Lot #1 11/17/09 11:08 AM
An individual stated that his car had been hit by an unknown vehicle. A minor dent was observed on the driver's side front bumper. At this time, it cannot be confirmed who hit the vehicle. Open Case.

Medical - South II 11/16/09 08:05 AM
An individual complained of chest pain on inhalation. The pain did not radiate down the arms and there was no problem with breathing. EMS was called and transported the patient to a local hospital. Closed - C.

Gas Leak - Edison Hall 11/16/09 07:33 PM
A strong odor of gas could be detected coming from the rear of Edison Hall. Edison Fire was called and the building was evacuated. A small leak was detected coming from a valve which was subsequently replaced. Closed - C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 11/16/09 11:08 AM
Vehicle #1 was travelling northbound when it was struck by Vehicle #2 which was backing out of a parking spot. Vehicle #1 sustained a cracked headlight, cracked bumper, dent on the front corner panel and flat tire. Vehicle #2 sustained a cracked rear bumper. Closed - C.

Criminal Mischief - Parking Lot #1 11/16/09 02:18 PM
A vehicle sustained 3 flat tires which apparently were punctured with a knife of some sort. There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. Closed - B.

Possible Vandalism - Edison Hall Room 117A 11/16/09 09:33 AM
Police were called to Room 117A where various art supplies were scattered on the floor along with a written comment on the chalkboard. It is unknown if the supplies on the floor were put there intentionally or accidentally. There are no known witnesses. Open Case.

Medical - Physical Education Center 11/16/09 02:35 PM
Subsequent to not feeling well and being dizzy, a female passed out. EMS was called but the patient refused further treatment. Closed - C.

Theft - Physical Education Center 11/13/09 09:30 AM
An individual reported that someone took his textbook and wallet which he left in an unlocked locker at the P.E. Center. There are no known witnesses at this time. Open Case.

Criminal Mischief - South II 11/12/09 12:34 PM
Writings were found on the wall in the men's room located in South II. There are no suspects at this time. Open Case.

Lost/Missing Property - Library 11/10/09 11:07 AM
An individual reported that he put his cell phone down next to him on a bench in front of the Library. He left the area and at some point realized he did not have the phone with him. Upon returning to the bench, the phone was no longer there. Open Case.

Medical - Edison Hall 11/09/09 01:52 PM
An individual passed out while experiencing abdominal pain. EMS was called to the scene, but the patient declined medical attention. She was transported off campus by a family member. Closed - C.

Fire Alarm - Library 11/09/09 10:03 PM
A fire alarm was activated in the Library by an individual who panicked when he attempted to leave the building and realized the doors had been secured. Police responded and opened the door so the individual could exit. Edison Fire arrived on the scene and was apprised of the situation. After resetting the alarm, the scene was cleared. Closed - C.

Theft - Main Hall Gazebo 11/09/09 09:45 AM
An individual reported that on 11/6/09, he placed his bookbag down in the Gazebo by Main Hall and left for approximately 30 minutes. When he returned, the bag was no longer there. There are no known witnesses. Open Case.

An individual was experiencing stomach pain and headache. The patient appeared to be passing out and had difficulty communicating. EMS was called and the patient was transported to a local hospital. Closed - C.

Theft - Unknown 11/06/09 09:00 AM
An individual reported via telephone that someone had taken his bag while he was on campus. The bag contained prescription medications. The individual stated that in order to get the prescriptions refilled, he needed a police report as this was not the first time he lost his meds. Police corresponded with the doctor but the individual failed to come in person to file the report. Unfounded.

Possible Harassment - Instructional Resource Center 11/06/09 06:00 PM
An individual was approached in IRC by someone looking for the labs. The victim directed the suspect to the lab, then she herself went in to retake her seat. The suspect sat across from her and began asking her personal questions which made her feel uncomfortable. Upon leaving, the suspect offered to go with the victim but she declined the offer. Closed C.

Medical - Parking Lot #1 11/05/09 03:50 PM
An individual stated that she fell in Lot #1 due to wet grounds on Oct. 27, 2009. The patient did not contact the college nurse, nor the police department, at the time of the fall. She was subsequently diagnosed with a fractured foot. Signs are clearly posted in the area to use the sidewalk. Closed - C.

Criminal Mischief - Raritan Hall 11/04/09 08:07 AM
Writings and drawings, possibly in blue ink, were found on the partitions located in the upstair's men's restroom. Facilities Maintenance removed the drawings after pictures were obtained. Open Case.

Vehicle #1 was turning left and came in contact with Vehicle #2's rear driver's side causing dents and scratches. Vehicle #1 sustained front passenger side bumper and quarter panel damage. Closed - C.

Vehicle #1 was stopped to allow pedestrians to pass when Vehicle #2 attempted to pull out of a parking spot, striking Vehicle #1. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Closed - C.

An individual was experiencing trouble breathing. The patient was administered oxygen and was subsequently transported to a local hospital. Closed - C.

Vehicle #1 was turning left when it was struck by Vehicle #2. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the front passenger side headlight, fender and front bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained significant damage to the front driver's side fender, headlight and bumper. Closed - C.
