After exhibiting disruptive behavior, a student was asked to leave the classroom and not return until the situation could be resolved. Upon resolution, the individual was to return to class. Closed - C.

An individual reportedly felt faint after discovering he was bleeding from an apparent medical condition. EMS was called to the scene and the patient was transported to a local hospital. Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 11/29/10 10:59 AM
Vehicles #1 and #2 were traveling in the same direction parallel to each other. Vehicle #2 made a lane change striking Vehicle #1's passenger side. Vehicle #1 then spun to the right after the collision jumping a curb and striking a cement wall. Both vehicles sustained damage and were towed from the scene. Closed - C.

An individual was attempting a flip and fell cutting the top of his head. The patient was transported to a local hospital. Closed - C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 11/29/10 01:14 PM
Vehicle #2 was unoccupied and parked in Lot #4 when the emergency brake failed causing the vehicle to roll and strike Vehicle #1 which was parked and unoccupied in the same area. Both vehicles sustained damage. Vehicle #2 was towed from the scene as it was obstructing traffic. Closed - C.

Broken Window - College Center/PAC 11/24/10 10:20 PM
A custodian reported a window being broken in College Center. Upon inspection, it appeared that the crack did not go all the way through nor did it appear to be a malicious act. Closed - C.

Lost/Missing Property - Main Hall 11/24/10 03:15 PM
An individual reported that he lost his keys in Main Hall on 11/4/2010. Closed - C.

Suspicious Activity - Raritan Hall 11/24/10 04:50 AM
Upon entering a classroom in Raritan Hall, a custodial employee found pieces of paper which had been ripped up and were strewn about the room. There was no damage to College property. Closed - C.

Road Rage - Parking Lot #13 11/22/10 01:41 PM
An individual reported that someone almost struck his car as he entered the college. The suspect followed him to Lot #13 and began passing comments to the victim who ignored the remarks. The victim provided a plate number but it did not match the suspect vehicle. No other identification could be provided. Closed - C.

Medical - College Center 11/18/10 05:00 PM
An individual burned her hand while at home. The patient was given an ice pack and refused further medical treatment after EMS checked burn area. Closed - C.

Dispute - Parking Lot #1 11/18/10 11:51 AM
An individual reported having been cut off by another driver on Mill Road. The victim honked her horn at the driver. Upon parking in Lot #1 she was approached by that individual and words were exchanged. The suspect individual left after the victim stated that she was calling the police. The victim was advised to move her car to another location if she wished. Closed - C.

Suspicious Person - Bookstore 11/18/10 07:25 PM
An individual, who was prohibited from entering the Bookstore, did so. The suspect disregarded the directive of a staff member to leave. The suspect left the store before Police arrived. Open Case.

Vehicle Damage - Parking Lot #1 11/18/10 02:30 PM
On Nov. 18, 2010, an individual reported that approximately 3 weeks ago someone had written on his rear passenger side fender with what appeared to be a key. At this time, he is reporting a dime size rust crack on his bumper. The victim requested documentation of these incidents out of concern for the well being of his vehicle. Closed - C.

Criminal Mischief - Parking Lot #6 11/18/10 01:19 PM
An individual returned to her vehicle in Lot #6 to find a long deep scratch along the left side of her vehicle. There was a broken pen found next to the vehicle which may have been used to cause the damage. There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. Open Case.

Suspicious Vehicle - Bookstore Bus Route 11/16/10 09:04 AM
A bus driver reported that a van had been tailgating him along his route and the suspected vehicle was parked behind him at the Bookstore. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver who was working for a non-profit organization that assists disabled citizens with public transportation was following the bus in order to obtain an accurate bus schedule. The driver was advised to follow the bus at a safe distance and obey all traffic laws. Closed - C.

Harassment - Edison Hall 11/12/10 01:06 PM
An individual reported that another student was harassing her by knocking her books off her desk. The victim also stated that the subject threatened her in several different ways. The victim did not wish any police action at this time, but rather that the incident be documented. Open Case.

Disruptive Behavior - College Center - Cafe C - Lot #1 11/12/10 10:50 PM
Upon receiving a report of disruptive individuals, police noticed a slight odor of alchol emanating from the individuals though they did not appear to be intoxicated. They were directed to leave campus. Upon entering the vehicle, the driver admitted to having had alcohol earlier in the day. He was advised to find other transportation home. Closed - C.

Property Damage - TSC 11/12/10 05:30 AM
An officer reported finding a wall near one of the exterior doors damaged as though something hit into it. There are no known witnesses or evidence of foul play at this time. Closed - C.

Verbal Dispute - Main Hall 11/10/10 08:29 AM
A woman reported that a verbal dispute ensued after she exited the restroom and witnessed a male looking in her direction and shaking his head. The woman asked the man why he was shaking his head and words were exchanged. The woman stated she didn't feel threatened but wanted the incident documented. Closed - C.

Medical Call - West Hall 11/10/10 10:30 AM
Police were called when a woman reported feeling faint. EMS was dispatched and assessed the patient. The patient subsequently refused medical attention. Closed - C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 11/09/10 08:38 PM
The driver of vehicle 2 was traveling east on the roadway and began slowing down when approaching a traffic light. The driver of vehicle 1 was following too closely behind vehicle 2 and could not stop in time. The driver of vehicle 2 was evaluated by EMS personnel but refused medical treatment. Closed - C.

Vehicle #2 was traveling east on College Drive East and slowing before coming to the light when it was struck from behind by Vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 sustained minor paint and dent damage to its fender and the driver requested to be examined by EMS but then refused medical treatment. Closed - C.

An individual complained of feeling light-headed, dizzy and tired after observing blood being drawn during a practice session for a nursing class. EMS checked the patient who then refused further medical attention. Closed - C.

Theft - L'Hommedieu Hall 11/08/10 04:25 PM
A wallet was found in L'Hommedieu Hall but was turned into the Cashier's Office in Chambers Hall. When the owner came to retrieve the wallet, she noted that a sum of cash was missing from within the wallet. Open Case.

Missing Person - 11/07/10 11:36 AM
The department received a request regarding a student of the college who did not return home. The matter is being handled by local P.D. Open Case.

Dispute - College Center 11/04/10 12:01 PM
Police responded to a call received regarding a fight in the College Center. Upon arrival, both parties involved had already separated. The argument came about over comments made regarding an ex-girlfriend. Both parties were advised of the Student Code of Conduct and cleared without further incident. Closed - C.

Medical - College Center 11/03/10 12:23 PM
Police responded to a medical call for an individual who was unresponsive but breathing. Oxygen was administered and the patient transported to a local hospital. Closed - C.

Motor Vehicle Stop - College Drive East 11/03/10 02:06 PM
Subsequent to running a random plate, it was discovered that the owner/driver of the subject vehicle had a warrant out for his arrest. Due to the fact that the warrant had literally just been issued and the driver was not aware of its existence, the driver came into Headquarters, filed the proper paperwork and was issued a new court date. Fire Alarm - Chambers Hall 11/02/10 12:30 PM
The fire alarm in Chambers Hall was activated by a burnt bag of popcorn in a microwave. The building was evacuated; once the building was deemed safe and the alarm reset, the occupants were allowed back in. Closed - C.

Suspicious Activity - Raritan Hall 11/02/10 02:35 PM
On October 30th between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, a professor heard what he believed to be paper being torn up in the hallway outside his office. He then observed someone standing by the bulletin board who, after realizing he was being observed, immediately left the scene. The professor reported this to the appropriate authorities. Open Case.

An individual reported having lost a black wristlet containing a driver's license, sum of cash and bank card among other items. Closed - C.
