Dispute - Parking Lot #1 03/30/10 09:06 AM
Two individuals became involved in a dispute over a parking spot. As the driver attempted to pull into the spot, a individual stood in his way so as to save the spot for a friend and claimed that his car made contact with her lower body. She refused any medical assistance and denied any injury. Open Case. UPDATE 7/28/10 - After retrieving a copy of the report, the female involved party disagreed with the contents of the report and requested corrections to be made. A supplement indicating her accounts of the event was filed. Closed - C.

Theft - L'Hommedieu Hall 03/30/10 09:23 AM
A TI-84 Calculator and pair of sunglasses were removed from a desk in Room 118. Both items were last seen on 3/25/10 between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. Nothing else in the office was removed or taken. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. Open Case.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #2 03/29/10 11:08 AM
Vehicle #2 was turning onto the main corridor in Lot #2 and struck Vehicle #1 on the driver's side door, front rim and fender. Vehicle #2 sustained a crack in the front passenger side bumper. Closed - C.

Domestic Violence Complaint - Off Campus 03/28/10 05:00 PM
A woman reported to police on March 31st that she had been assaulted by her ex-boyfriend on March 28th while they were at her home. There was visible bruising on the victim's body which she indicated was the result of the assault. The victim was provided with her rights under the Domestic Violence law. Closed - A.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #6A 03/26/10 11:22 AM
Vehicle #2 was attempting to park and struck Vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 sustained substantial damage to the front passenger side wheel, wheel well, quarter panel and bumper. Vehicle #1 sustained minor passenger rim scratches. No injuries were reported. Closed - C.

Vehicle #1 was backing out of a parking space when it struck Vehicle #2, which was traveling through Lot #4. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the entire rear bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to the passenger side doors. Closed - C.

Vehicle #2 was stopped in traffic when it was struck in the rear by Vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 sustained small holes and scrtaches in the rear bumper. Vehicle #1 sustained front end damage, a bent hood and scratches on front bumper. Closed - C.

Theft - College Center 03/22/10 06:30 PM
A purse was mistakenly left on the table in the College Center between 6:15 pm and 6:25 pm. When the owner returned to retrieve the purse, it was no longer there, but was later found in a restroom. Missing from the purse was an Apple IPhone. There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. Open Case.

After parking his vehicle in Lot #1, and upon returning to the vehicle, an individual noticed scratch marks on the sides of the car and the side view mirrors were missing. There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. Open Case.

An individual reported that while she was exiting a class in the Johnson Learning Center, another student brushed up against her calling her a vulgar name. The victim wanted police to be aware of the situation, but requested no further police action to be taken. Closed - C.

Someone removed the combination lock from a locker and took a sum of money and cell phone from the locker. A different combination lock was then placed on the locker. Open Case.

An individual reported that while she and a friend were in a classroom, two females entered the room and began to harass them. The victim did not want to place charges at this time, but did want the incident documented. Closed - C.

Graffiti was written on the seat cover and walls of the handicap stall of the men's bathroom located in Main Hall. There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. Open Case.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #6 03/08/10 09:02 PM
Vehicle #1 was parked and unoccupied when it was struck by Vehicle #2 which then proceeded to leave the scene. After receiving a description of Vehicle #2, contact was with the owner. Damage on Vehicle #2 matched up to the damage on Vehicle #1. The driver of Vehicle #2 was issued a summons. Closed - C.
