An individual stated that her ex-boyfriend is harassing her while on campus and trying to entice her brother into a fight. The victim was advised to contact campus police should the harassment continue and not to become involved in a physical altercation with the subject. Open Case.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 09/28/10 01:06 PM
Vehicle #2 was slowing to a stop for the traffic light at Woodbridge Avenue when it was struck from behind by Vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 sustained rear fender damage while Vehicle #1 sustained front fender, front grill and hood damage. No injuries were reported. Closed - C.

Harassment - Parking Lot #6 09/27/10 10:00 AM
An individual stated that on 9/24/2010 at 5:00 pm while she was walking to her vehicle, a male approached her and began asking her personal questions. The victim asked him to stop, but her persisted. He stood behind her vehicle for a short time and then fled the scene. UPDATE: On 10/5/10 at approx. 2:30 pm, the victim was able to identify the suspect. The suspect was questioned and advised to have no further contact with the victim. Should contact be made, the victim was instructed to notify police. UPDATE 12/20/10: The suspect entered the room where the victim was to ask a question regarding a class. The inquiry was handled by the Department Chair. Closed - C.

An individual reported that she had to jump out of the way to avoid being struck by a vehicle traveling in Lot #4. Vehicle #1 was traveling south on Mill Road turning east onto College Drive East when it struck a pedestrian who was walking north on Mill Road. The pedestrian sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital. Closed - C.

An individual reported that his wallet was missing. The subject last saw his wallet while at the College Center pay phone on 9/22/10 at approximately 8:30 pm. Open Case.

Two individuals became involved in a dispute over a parking spot in Lot #4. Upon parking the vehicle in the spot, the individual then became concerned about the safety of the vehicle and subsequently moved it to another spot. Closed - C.

An individual was suspected of shoplifting from the Bookstore. The suspect left the store and was observed fleeing into the College Center. A search for the individual yielded negative results. Open Case.

The driver of Vehicle #1 reported that while he was parked in Lot #6, the driver of Vehicle #2 exited her vehicle allowing her door to make contact with his door causing a small dent which was not noticed until the suspect driver left the scene. An individual reported that as she was about to enter the crosswalk on College Dr. East in front of the P.E. Center, an individual accelerated her vehicle through the crosswalk causing the victim to feel threatened. There is a history of negative verbal interaction between the victim and suspect. An individual reported that while he was on his way to campus, a male in a Toyota Camry was brake checking and cutting him off. This began at the parkway exit and continued all the way through campus. Once the victim parked in Lot #4, the suspect pulled up and began shouting comments and making threats. An individual stated that she was using a computer and walked away from it for a moment. When she returned to the computer she noticed that her wallet was missing. The victim stated that this occured at approximately 4:45 pm. There are no known witnesses at this time. Open Case.

An individual reported receiving numerous phone calls from a retail store attempting to collect payment for which the individual did not believe he was responsible for. As the calls were not of a threatening nature, the individual was advised to make contact with the store in an attempt to settle the matter. He was also advised of the civil complaint procedure. An individual reported that while he was walking on Parkside Drive, a vehicle with 3 male occupants stopped and shouted something offensive at him though he was not able to discern what was shouted. The vehicle then proceeded to leave campus via Mill Road. Closed - C.
