Vehicle #1 was stopped behind Vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 started backing up and struck Vehicle #1. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the driver's side front corner bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to the passenger side rear corner panel. #11-157 - Closed C.

Vehicle #1 was backing out of a parking space in Lot #6 when it struck Vehicle #2 which was behind Vehicle #1. Both vehicles sustained damage. #11-154 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 10/25/11 01:55 PM
Vehicle #2 and Vehicle #3 were stopped on College Dr. East in traffic when Vehicle #1 which failed to stop struck Vehicle #2 from behind. Vehicle #2 then struck Vehicle #3. All three vehicles sustained damage. The drive of Vehicle #3 complained of neck and back pain and was transported to a local hospital. #11-155 - Closed C.

Disruptive Individual - Johnson Learning Center 10/25/11 10:08 AM
A staff member witnessed an individual banging on the sink and kicking the door in the men's restroom. Upon speaking with the individual, it was determined that he was having personal problems and was advised to speak with someone in the Counseling Center. A faculty member was concerned about a student in his class who was in an altered mental state. After speaking with the student, it was determined that he had taken a prescription medication which affected his mental status. EMS was called and checked the individual who then refused further medical attention. The patient was then provided transportation home. #I-0325-11 - Closed C.

Vehicle #1 backed out of a parking spot and struck Vehicle #2 which was traveling east. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported. #11-153 - Closed C.

Concerned Individual - College Center/PAC 10/24/11 03:40 PM
An individual stated that she believed someone had been following her and attempting to communicate with her. The complainant is not familiar with the individual and is concerned for her safety even though no threats or physical contact has been made. A physical description of the suspect was given but a search of the area yielded negative results. UPDATE 11/22/11 - The suspect approached the victim asking for a "second chance" and then walked away. The suspect has not been identified. The victim was advised to call MCCPD should she see him again so that an officer could assist in the situation. #I-0322-11 - Open case.

Hit and Run - Parking Lot #6A 10/20/11 03:54 PM
Vehicle #1 was parked and unoccupied in Parking Lot #6A. Upon returning to the vehicle, the owner observed damage to the right rear driver's side bumper. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. #11-149 - Closed C.

Verbal Dispute - Crabiel Hall 10/20/11 02:04 PM
Two individuals became involved in a verbal dispute in the lobby of Crabiel Hall. Police were able to speak with them and ascertain that they were in a relationship and had an argument. No further police action was requested or necessary at this point in time. #I-0319-11 - Closed C.

Fire Alarm - L'Hommedieu Hall 10/20/11 03:07 PM
A mechanical malfunction to autoclave #3 set off the fire alarm smoke detector in Room 152. The building was evacuated. The Fire Department arrived on the scene and the alarm reset. Occupants were then allowed back in the building. #I-0320-11 - Closed C.

Fire Alarm - Instructional Resource Center 10/11/11 04:23 AM
The fire alarm panel was activated at the entrance of the building. There was no obvious sign of fire or smoke. The fire department arrived and was unable to reset the alarm. The building was secured until the Maintenance Department was able to reset the alarm. #I-0301-11 - Closed C.

An individual reported that his license plate was either lost or stolen. He parked his vehicle in Lot #2 at approx. 9:00 am and when he returned home at approx. 2:00 pm he noticed his back plate was missing. #11-135 - Open Case.
