An individual reported that she lost her wallet while on campus possibly in Raritan Hall or Lot #6. The wallet was a black Juicy Couture wallet and contained a license, ID, bank card Sam's Club card and various other items.

An individual was having difficulty breathing along with a deep cough. Oxygen was administered and EMS called to the scene. The patient was transported to a local hospital. #I-0375-11 - Closed C.

An individual was experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing and numbness on his left side. While awaiting EMS and Mercy 9, oxygen was administered. The patient was then transported to a local hospital. #I-0373-11 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Chambers Drive 11/29/11 09:47 AM
Vehicle #2 was stopped to allow a pedestrian to cross when it was struck by Vehicle #1. Vehicle #1 was towed due to heavy front end damage. #11-187 - Closed C.

Criminal Mischief - Edison Hall 11/29/11 08:43 AM
An employee reported finding graffiti on a stall in the men's bathroom in Edison Hall which was bias in nature. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. #11-186 - Open case.

An individual stated that he placed his cell phone on top of his backpack and then put his head down on a desk. When he lifted his head, he noticed the cell phone was missing. There are no witnesses. #11-188 - Open Case.

Theft - College Center 11/29/11 04:30 PM
An individual had set-up an exhibit in the main lounge of College Center. While the owner was involved in a conversation with one group, he noticed the music had stopped playing and the MacBook was no longer there. This case is currently under investigation. #11-189 - Open.

Medical - Main Hall 11/28/11 06:17 PM
An individual experienced what appeared to be a seizure. Oxygen was administered and EMS called to the scene. The patient refused further medical treatment and transported off campus by a family member. #I-0372-11 - Closed C.

An individual reported that when she returned to her vehicle in Lot #6, she noticed a slight crack in the windshield. There appeared to be no criminal intent. #I-0369-11 - Closed C.

An individual phoned Headquarters stating he was unable to make contact with his sister and was concerned about her safety due to an issue she was having with someone she met on the bus. An individual was experiencing abdominal pain after having been in an accident off-campus earlier in the day. EMS was called to the scene and transported the patient to a local hospital. #I-0366-11 - Closed C.

An individual reported that she felt concerned for her safety after a male persistently tried to become involved in a discussion she was having with a friend. The individual was advised to contact police should any further incidents occur. #I-0367-11 - Closed C.

An individual left his laptop unattended. When he returned to his workstation, the laptop and its accessories were missing. There are no witnesses at this time. #11-185 - Open Case.

Concerned Individual - Billy Johnson Hall 11/21/11 08:30 AM
A staff member stated that when he arrived at work on this date, his office door was open and the lights turned on. He stated that the last time he left his office on 11/18/11 at 6:00 pm, he turned the lights off and shut the door. Nothing appeared to be missing from the office. #I-0364-11 - Closed C.

Medical - College Drive East 11/21/11 02:01 PM
Vehicle #1 was making a left turn onto Alumni Drive and Vehicle #2 was making a left turn from Alumni Dr. Vehicle #2 struck Vehicle #1 and left the scene. Vehicle #2 is described as being a black Toyota. No additional information was provided. #11-184 - Closed C.

An individual telephoned the College to report that someone harmed him over twenty years ago and he felt the need to advise MCCPD of this incident. #I-0363-11 - Closed C.

Lost/Missing Property - Parking Lot #6 11/18/11 04:05 PM
An individual left several items near her car while opening the door. She then proceeded to leave campus. When she arrived home she realized she left the items on the ground in Lot #6. The items were no longer there when she returned to retrieve them. Among the items were an Acer Laptop, cover and phone charger. UPDATE 11/21/11: The individual reportedly received an email from her Professor stating that the Professor was in possession of the computer and other lost items. #I-0362-11 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 11/17/11 01:55 PM
Vehicle #1 was stopped in traffic when it was struck by Vehicle #2 from behind. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported. #11-181 - Closed C.

Disruptive Individuals - Physical Education Center 11/17/11 03:42 PM
A report was received regarding individuals being disruptive in the Physical Education Center. Upon arrival, police observed a number of individuals hanging around creating a disturbance. They were asked to leave the area. The area was cleared without further incident. #I-0358-11 Closed C.

A student telephoned the Office of Student Activities to advise them of an email she received from a fellow classmate that left her concerned for the classmate's safety. The appropriate personnel were notifed and the classmate was contacted and found to be safe. #I-0355-11 RTD.

Lost/Missing Property - L'Hommedieu Hall 11/17/11 10:05 PM
An individual reported that she lost her wallet possibly in one of the quiet rooms in the Library or while inside L'H near Room 165. It was a Coach wallet, rectangular in shape with a handle. An individual left his calculator in class and a fellow classmate recovered it but has not yet returned it to the rightful owner. Contact was made with the individual who stated he would bring the calculator to the Police Department on 11/18/2011. An individual tripped entering L'H and fell forward striking her left shoulder, elbow and both knees. Ice was administered to her shoulder. EMS was called to the scene and transported the patient to a local hospital. #I-0360-11 - Closed C.

Suspicious Activity - Blue Colt Bookstore 11/17/11 03:27 PM
A staff member reported seeing an individual acting suspiciously while in the store. The suspect was later seen in a different location removing packaged headphones from his jacket, the same type sold at the store. Video footage was reviewed but did not show a theft taking place due to the camera's angle. #I-0357-11 - Closed C.

A store employee reported that an individual was coming into the bookstore asking for money and rides. The suspect claimed that one of the employees was going to drive her home; she conducted a search of the store for the employee. Contact was made with the suspect who apologized, stated she meant no wrong doing and was under the wrong assumption in regards to her friendship status with the employee. #I-0354-11 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 11/16/11 09:41 AM
The driver of Vehicle #1 was making a left turn off of Woodbridge Avenue onto College Drive East when he lost control of the vehicle striking the curb and coming to rest in a grassy area of campus. No injuries were reported. MCC property sustained grass and curb damage. #11-179 - Closed C.

Criminal Mischief - Crabiel Hall 11/15/11 09:12 AM
A staff member reported signs missing from the second floor of Crabiel Hall. One was a women's bathroom sign and the second was a stairwell sign. Both signs were found and will be re-hung. #11-174 - Closed C.

An individual left his backpack in an unsecured area of the men's locker room for several hours. After returning to retrieve the backpack, he noticed a calculator and cell phone were missing. #11-177 - Open Case.

An individual placed his belongings in an unsecured locker of the men's locker room. He returned several hours later to find that his cell phone and Microsoft Zune were missing from the backpack. #11-178 - Open Case.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 11/14/11 03:40 PM
The driver of a motorcycle fell asleep, jumped the curb and ran off the road striking a small tree. No injuries were reported. #11-172 - Closed C.

Criminal Mischief - Flag Pole Circle 11/14/11 12:42 PM
Upon returning to his police vehicle, an officer noticed a strange writing on the ground in front of his vehicle. No suspects were seen. #11-171 - Closed C.

Theft - L'Hommedieu Hall 11/14/11 06:55 PM
An individual placed her laptop down by vending machines in L'Hommedieu Hall. When she returned, her laptop was no longer there. The laptop was a Toshibo inside a black bag. #11-173 - Open Case.

Suspicious Vehicle - Parking Lot #16 11/13/11 04:10 PM
An individual was found hunched over the steering wheel of his vehicle. The officer knocked on the window waking the suspect up. A strong odor of alchol eminated from the vehicle. The keys to the vehicle were located on the console. A family member escorted the suspect home and the suspect was issued a summons for having an open alcohol container in the vehicle. #I-0349-11

An individual reported seeing graffiti on the ground in front of the Performing Arts Center and Bus Stop. The writing was made using pink chalk. No property damage was reported. #11-169 - Closed C.

An individual reported that when she passed her instructor in the hallway he made an inappropriate comment. She stated that there had been no previous encounters of this nature with the instructor. #I-0347-11 - Closed C.

Theft - Blue Colt Bookstore 11/10/11 04:45 PM
An individual placed his backpack on the floor near the entrance to the bookstore. Upon his return, the backpack was no longer there. Contents of the backpack included a T model calculator, textbook, papers, pens and a notebook. UPDATE 11/15/11 - The backpack was recovered. The calculator and textbook was not inside the backpack. #11-170 - Closed C.

An individual sustained a minor cut to his right index finger. The patient was given an alcohol prep pad, gauze and band aid. No further treatment was necessary. #I-0348-11 - Closed C.

Fire Alarm Activation - College Center/PAC 11/10/11 01:34 PM
A fire alarm activated in College Center and the building was evacuated. Steam produced while cleaning off the grill grates by the wash area set the alarm off. The Fire Department arrived, the fire panel was reset and the occupants were allowed back in the building.

Theft - Behind Chambers Hall 11/10/11 11:49 AM
After parking their putters behind Chambers Hall, two employees returned to find items missing from both putters. The yellow light cover was missing from the top of Putter 17 and two keys were missing from Putter 15.

An individual reported that she left her wallet unattended for a short period of time. When she returned, the wallet was no longer there. Inside the wallet was a sum of cash, a social security card, healthcare card, driver's license and school I.D.

Concerned Individual - Day Care Center 11/08/11 12:25 PM
On 11/8/2011, an individual reported that when she picked up her child at the Day Care Center on 11/7/2011, the child had sustained an injury to her ear. The parent was told that the child slipped on a wet floor and hit her ear on a counter ledge. The child was treated at the scene by the Day Care Center staff and the parent then took the child to a local hospital for further treatment. MCCPD was advised of the injury on 11/8/2011. #I-0342-11

Vehicle #1 was parked and unoccupied in Lot #6. Upon returning to the vehicle, the owner noticed damage to the driver's side front bumper. No other vehicles were present. The damage sustained to the vehicle was a gash mark on the driver's side front corner bumper.

Screws were ripped out of the wall on one side of the partition in the first floor men's restroom. There was also a cracked tile. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. #11-159 - Open Case.

Concerned Employee - Off Campus 11/02/11 09:30 PM
After attending a club trip, a student did not return back to the college with the group but was driven home by a family member possibly misunderstanding the club's policy of returning to the college with the group. The club advisor was not informed by the student when she was leaving and was concerned for her safety. The advisor was attempting to make contact with the student. #I-0336-11 - Closed C.
