Terroristic Threats - Chambers Hall 12/28/11 10:00 AM
On December 28, 2011, police were called to Chambers Hall in response to a threatening phone message left on a voicemail account. The message had been left on December 24, 2011 at approx. 4:35 pm when the building was closed. Currently there are no known suspects. #11-207 - Open Case.

Medical - Physical Education Center 12/20/11 06:13 PM
An individual sustained a laceration over his eye while playing basketball. EMS was called to the scene and transported the patient to a local hospital. #I-0394-11 - Closed C.

Criminal Mischief - Johnson Learning Center 12/19/11 01:58 PM
Graffiti was found in the upstair's men's room located in the Johnson Learning Center. Currently there are no suspects or witnesses. #11-206 - Open.

Theft - Main Hall Rm. 111 12/19/11 09:30 AM
A staff member reported that while checking equipment in various classrooms he noticed a computer monitor and speakers were missing. The cable used to secure both had been cut. Currently there are no known witnesses or suspects. #11-205 - Open.

Theft - College Center 12/17/11 12:15 PM
An individual left her backpack on a table in the Cafeteria. When she returned to retrieve the bag, her textbook was no longer inside it. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. #11-204 - Closed C.

Suspicious Activity - Blue Colt Bookstore 12/14/11 12:15 PM
Three individuals made a large purchase using a check on 11/7/11. They returned on 11/8/11 to make additional purchases but when they observed police presence, all three quickly exited the store. Store personnel are currently waiting for the check to clear. UPDATE 11/17/11 - The check in question did not clear the bank. The owner of the account is being notified of the refusal. UPDATE 12/14/11 - After the 10 day waiting period for payment had expired, the suspect was charged. #I-0343-11 - Closed A.

Criminal Mischief - Parking Lot #4 12/14/11 01:49 PM
Upon returning to her vehicle, the driver found that the driver's side mirror had been removed and there were scratches in the middle of the door. This incident occurred between 12:30 pm and 1:45 pm. The mirror was recovered a short distance away on the ground. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. #11-202 - Open Case.

Medical - L'Hommedieu Hall 12/14/11 05:15 PM
An individual punctured her right index finger while trying to remove a used needle from a syringe. The individual transported herself to a local hospital for follow-up care. #I-0392-11 - Closed C.

Medical - Edison Hall 12/13/11 12:37 PM
Upon twisting her ankle, an individual was given an ice pack but declined further medical attention. #I-0391-11 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Dr. East 12/13/11 03:03 PM
Vehicle #1 ran off the roadway striking a sign resulting in significant damage to the vehicle. The driver stated that another vehicle was traveling in the opposite direction in her lane. To avoid a collision, Vehicle #1 rode up on a grassy area, striking a sign in the process. No injuries were reported. Closed - C.

Disturbance - Library 12/12/11 02:08 PM
An individual refused to leave a group study room after being asked to by fellow students and a staff member. Police assistance was provided and the incident was resolved. #I-0390-11 - Closed C.

Miscelleaneous Assist - Parking Lot #2 12/10/11 12:33 PM
A college work vehicle became stuck in the mud after rolling from its parking space. Tow services were requested. Divots were created in the grassy area by the tow truck which had gotten stuck in the mud while attempting to free the work vehicle. #I-0389-11 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 12/08/11 03:23 PM
Vehicle #1 was backing out of a parking spot when Vehicle #2, which had been stopped, backed-up and struck Vehicle #1. Both vehicles sustained damage. #11-193 - Closed C.

Theft - College Center 12/08/11 05:15 PM
After leaving his jacket and laptop, with its case, in the back of Cafeteria A, an individual returned to find the items gone. The jacket was recovered by the bus stop and the laptop case recovered by the Bookstore. The laptop itself has not been recovered. #11-198 - Open Case.

Theft - College Center 12/08/11 05:15 PM
An individual left his Nintendo DSI with multiple video games unattended on top of his backpack in Cafeteria A. When he returned to retrieve the items, the game system was no longer there. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. #11-196 - Open Case.

Theft - College Center 12/08/11 05:15 PM
An individual left his backpack unattended in Cafeteria A. When he returned to retrieve the backpack it was no longer there. Upon conducting an investigation, the backpack was found by the bus route outside of College Center. Missing from the backpack were glasses and a silver glass case. UPDATE 12/12/11 - The eyeglasses and silver case were recovered within the backpack. #11-195 - Open Case.

Theft - College Center 12/08/11 05:15 PM
After leaving her backpack unattended in Cafeteria A, a female returned to the backpack to find her wallet was missing from within it. Contents of the wallet included a driver's license, student I.D., health insurance card and bank card. The victim was advised to notify the bank and insurance company of the situation. #11-199 - Open Case.

Theft - College Center 12/08/11 05:15 PM
An individual left his backpack unattended in Cafeteria A and when he returned found that the backpack was missing. The backpack was black and gray in color and contained a cell phone, wallet, driver's license, credit card, jeans and a tee shirt. The victim was advised to notify the bank of the situation. #11-197 - Open Case.

Theft - College Center 12/08/11 05:15 PM
While attending an event in College Center, an individual reported having left his I-Phone on the table and it went missing. The tracking device was enabled; the victim will continue to attempt to track the phone and will notify MCCPD should he be successful. #11-194 - Open Case.

Lost/Missing Property - Bookstore 12/07/11 09:34 AM
A staff member reported having lost her work keys at her home sometime after 12/2/11. #I-0388-11 - Closed C.

Lost/Missing Property - Parking Lot #11 12/06/11 12:29 PM
An individual reported losing her wallet on 12/5/11 between 10:00 am and 11:00 am somewhere near Parking Lot #11 and Edison Hall. The wallet was a blue and gray Coach wristlet. The contents of the wallet included a sum of cash, driver's license, student I.D. card and various other cards. #I-0386-11 - Closed C.

Medical - L'Hommedieu Hall 12/06/11 11:22 AM
An individual felt faint and lightheaded while in class. She stated she had eaten earlier in the day and had no medical history which could have caused this event. The patient refused further medical treatment. #I-0384-11 - Closed C.

An individual fell, landing on her wrist causing significant pain to the area. The patient was transported to a local hospital. #I-0387-11 - Closed C.

An individual was experiencing stress and became weak. The patient stated that he was under stress due to finals. #I-0385-11 RTD.

While in Chambers Hall, an individual lost her driver's license, green card and social security card. #I-0382-11 - Closed C.

Suspicious Activity - Crabiel Hall 12/02/11 12:30 PM
An individual reported that the phones in her department are being used on the weekend when none of her employees are working. Her concern was over the fact that someone was entering the department when no one is supposed to be in there. #I-0377-11 - Closed C.

Theft - Physical Education Center 12/02/11 12:22 PM
An individual placed his clothes and backpack in an unsecured locker in the men's locker room. When he returned to retrieve his items, his cell phone, wallet and house key were missing. There are no witnesses at this time. #11-192 - Open Case.

Disruptive Individual - Main Hall 12/02/11 08:15 AM
A professor reported that after speaking with a student about his behavior in class, the student took his belongings and left the building. The professor was concerned about the well-being of the student and requested the incident be document in the event of future incidents. #I-0379-11 - Closed C.

Harassment/Terroristic Threats - Library 12/01/11 02:05 PM
An individual reported receiving threatening text messages while she was at the Library. Four suspects then showed up in person. The group was asked to leave the Library due to loudness. The victim did not want any further police action at this time. #11-191 - Open Case.

Medical - Billy Johnson Hall 12/01/11 08:25 PM
After experiencing a nose bleed, an individual began to feel dizzy. EMS was called and the patient transported to a local hospital. #I-0376-11 - Closed C.
