A faculty member reported a situation regarding disruptive behavior from a student and requested police be available in case the incident escalated.

Medical - Tennis Courts 04/29/12 11:01 AM
An individual rolled over and sprained his ankle while playing tennis. EMS was called to the scene and the patient transported to a local hospital. #I-0136-12 - Closed C.

Theft - Library 04/27/12 12:34 PM
An individual reported that on 4/25/2012, she left her backpack on a table in the Library while she went to print out documents. Upon her return, the backpack seemed different but she did not stop to examine it. On 4/27/2012, the victim noticed her wallet was missing from the backpack. The wallet was a brown Juicy Couture containing a driver's license, credit card, a sum of cash and some various other items. #12-076 - Open Case.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 04/26/12 08:27 AM
Vehicle #1 was struck in the rear by Vehicle #2. The driver of Vehicle #1 complained of forehead pain and was treated by EMS. The driver of Vehicle #2 complained of forehead pain but refused medical treatment. #12-075 - Closed C.

Medical - Main Hall 04/26/12 11:54 AM
An individual complained of feeling dizzy and faint. The patient was treated on the scene. #I-0134-12 - Closed C.

Medical - College Center 04/25/12 04:32 PM
An individual reported that while filing a Windex bottle, some of the liquid sprayed onto his body. There were no visible injuries and the individual refused further medical attention. #I0133-12 - Closed C.

Fire Alarm - L'Hommedieu Hall 04/24/12 11:09 AM
Burnt popcorn activated a fire alarm in L'Hommedieu Hall. The fire department was called to the scene, the alarm reset and the occupants allowed back in the building. #I-0129-12 - Closed C.

Theft - College Center 04/24/12 03:29 PM
An individual reported that her Ipod was taken off the table where she had been sitting at in Cafeteria C. A piece of the Ipod charger was found at a table next to her's where a large group had been sitting. #12-073 - Open Case.

Medical - Main Hall 04/24/12 11:38 AM
While in class, a individual choked on a potatoe chip. The patient did not lose consciouness and was able to speak. EMS treated the patient on site. #I0130-12 - Closed C.

Theft - Physical Education Center 04/24/12 12:01 PM
An individual placed his belongings in a secured locker in the men's locker room. Upon his return, he noticed that a sum of money was missing from his backpack. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. #12-072 - Open Case.

Theft - College Center 04/23/12 11:42 AM
An individual reported that she had a sum of money in an envelope while seated in the cafeteria. Another individual with whom she was sitting, took the money out to count it and placed the envelope back down. When he turned to pick up the envelope, it was no longer there. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. #12-069 - Open Case.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #1 04/23/12 01:55 PM
The driver of Vehicle #1 parked her car in Lot #1 around 9:50 am. Upon her return at approximately 1:55 pm, she noticed a dent and scrtaches on the driver's side. Vehicle #2 struck Vehicle #1 in an unknown manner and fled the scene. #12-070 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #6 04/23/12 04:35 PM
The driver of Vehicle #1 returned to his parked vehicle to find a large dent in the rear passenger side bumper. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. #12-071 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #6 04/19/12 10:00 AM
Vehicle #1 was stopped at the exit of Parking Lot #6 when it was struck by Vehicle #2 which made a wide right turn into the lot. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported. #12-067 - Closed C.

Theft - Physical Education Center 04/19/12 02:30 PM
An individual left his IPhone in a secured locker at approximately 11:00 am. Upon his return at 12:30 pm, the phone was no longer there. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. #12-068 - Open Case.

Suspicious Correspondance - JLC 04/18/12 09:15 AM
A staff member reported receiving an email message that was perceived as having threatening tones to it. Because the working relationship with the sender ended badly, the staff member was that much more concerned. Subsequent investigation failed to reveal and intent on the part of the sender. It was later believed to be a virus SPAM email that had attached itself to the senders contact list. #I-0126-12 Closed - C.

Property Damage - Parking Lot #1 04/18/12 11:46 AM
An individual stated that when she returned to her vehicle in Lot #1 after class, she noticed a small dent in the middle of the passenger door. The dent appears to have been caused by another vehicle's door. #I-0120-12 - Closed C.

Medical - Chambers Hall (outside area) 04/18/12 02:19 PM
An individual rolled over on her ankle in front of Chambers Hall. The patient said the concrete had been unevenly resulting in her turning the ankle. Ice was applied and the patient refused further medical attention. #I-0119-12 - Closed C.

An individual was cutting parsley and accidentally cut her left ring finger with a ceramic knife. The finger was bandaged and the patient refused further medical attention. #I-0118-12 - Closed C.

An individual stated that she left her Iphone unattended while in Bunker Lounge for a moment and when she returned, the phone was no longer there. There are no suspects of witnesses at this time. #12-063 - Open Case.

Theft - Raritan Hall 04/17/12 04:28 PM
A faculty member allowed a student to borrow a new book for class. The student dropped the class and did not return said book. The professor has attempted to contact the individual and has requested the book be returned. Although the former student said he would return the book, he has not done so as of this time. #12-065 - Open Case.

Theft - Parking Lot #16 04/17/12 02:45 PM
A bookbag was left in Parking Lot #6 unattended. When the owner returned to retrieve the bag, it was no longer there. It was described as a black Northface bookbag and contained 4 textbooks. There were no witnesses. #12-064 - Open Case.

Harassment - L'Hommedieu Hall 04/17/12 01:33 PM
An individual stated she was harassed by a member of a group to which both parites belonged. Several weeks after the initial harassment, the individual stated receiving phone calls and text messages from an unknown number but believed it to be the subject. Upon further investigation, it was found that the phone calls and text messages were not from the subject, but were calls diverted from an 866 number in Texas. #12-066 - Closed C.

A pedestrian on a skateboard was struck by motor vehicle while crossing at a pedestrian crosswalk. The patient sustained cuts and bruises and was transported to a local hospital. #I-0116-12 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #2 04/16/12 11:40 AM
The driver of Vehicle #1 stated that he parked his car at approximately 9:30 am and upon his return to the vehicle at 11:40 am, noticed there were dents and scratches to the passenger side rear fender and bumper. #12-061 - Closed C.

Two female students reported being harassed by a fellow male student continuously over the course of the semester. According to the victims, despite their many attempts to avoid or ignore the male, he continues to follow them and attempts to forge a relationship with them. #12-060 - Open Case.

An individual realized that she left her pre-calculus book behind when leaving another class. When she returned to retrieve the book, it was no longer there. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. #12-059 - Open Case.

Verbal Dispute - Parking Lot #1 04/12/12 09:37 AM
An individual reported that after entering Lot #1 and stopping to drop off her passenger, a black pick-up truck turned in front of her at a high rate of speed. A verbal altercation then took place. Vehicle #1 was stopped at a stop sign when it was sideswiped by Vehicle #2 which made a wide turn. The driver of Vehicle #2 then fled the scene. No injuries were reported. #12-055 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 04/11/12 12:00 PM
Vehicle #1 was turning left onto College Drive East when the driver lost control. The vehicle jumped the curb and drove into a fence on MCC property. The driver left the scene without reporting the accident. #12-058 - Closed C.

Terroristic Threats - Main Hall 04/11/12 11:30 AM
A faculty member reported receiving a note of a threatening nature. This note was found on 4/10/2012 at approximately 3:00 pm. A possible suspect has been identified. #12-056 - CSC.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 04/11/12 12:52 PM
Vehicle #1 was traveling westbound through Parking Lot #4 when it was struck by Vehicle #2 which was backing out of a parking space. Vehicle #1 sustained a dent, scratches and damaged side view mirror. Vehicle #2 sustained minor scratches to the rear bumper. #12-057 - Closed C.

An individual reported that sometime between 11:15 am and 12:00 pm on 4/5/2012, his cell phone and a sum of money were found to be missing from his belongings after having left them in what he believed was a secured locker. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. #12-054 - Open Case.

Fire Alarm - Crabiel Hall 04/05/12 04:10 PM
A fire alarm activated in the lower level stairway of Crabiel Hall. The building was evacuated and a check of the building showed no sign of smoke or fire. Upon arrival of the Fire Department, the pull station and fire panel were reset. #I-011-12 - Closed C.

An individual stated that she had been sitting on a bench in front of Main Hall and placed her cell phone down on the bench. At some point she realized she no longer had the phone in her possession. #I-0108-12 - Closed C.

Criminal Mischief - Facilities Management 04/04/12 08:10 AM
Sometime between 4/2/2012 and 4/4/2012, a doorway became damaged at Facilities Management. The door was not in line and it was caved in approximately two inches at the bottom point. Entry had not been gained into the building through the door and nothing was missing. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. #12-053 - Open Case.

The driver of Vehicle #1 rear-ended Vehicle #2, which rear-ended Vehicle #3 who then rear-ended Vehicle #4. The driver of Vehicle #4 left the scene before police arrived. The driver of Vehicle #3 complained of neck and back pain and was transported to a local hospital. #12-052 - Closed C.

Police responded to a call regarding a fight outside of College Center by the loading dock. Upon arrival, both individuals who were involved in the fight had left the scene. A witness provided a description of those individuals. #I-0099-12 - Closed C.

An individual stated that on 3/30/2012, someone had removed a sum of money from her purse. The victim stated that she left her purse in her office for about 15 minutes and realized a short time later that the cash was missing. #12-051 - Open Case.
