Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 10/31/13 12:30 PM
Vehicle #1 was travelling west on College Dr. East and stated that Vehicle #2, who was making a left turn, struck Vehicle #1. The driver of Vehicle #2 stated she was turning to go west and Vehicle #1 did not yield to her and struck her. #13-139 Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 10/30/13 03:28 PM
Vehicle #1 was traveling south on College Dr. East. Vehicle #2 was making a left turning off of Alumni to travel north on College Dr. East. Vehicle #2 struck Vehicle #1 causing damage to Vehicle #1's passenger side front and rear door and rear rim. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to its front bumper. No injuries were reported. #13-138 - Closed C.

Lost/Missing Property - Edison Campus 10/29/13 02:00 PM
An individual lost his wallet on 10/28/13 somewhere on campus. The wallet was brown in color and contained a Visa card, work permit, NJ state I.D., college I.D. and a sum of cash. #I-0298-13.

Theft - Physical Education Center 10/29/13 02:03 PM
An individual placed his I-Phone 5 down on a window ledge and turned around for a short time. When he turned back, the phone was no longer there. #13-136 - Closed B.

Theft - Physical Education Center 10/29/13 03:08 PM
While using the pool facilities, an individual left his belongings in an unsecured locker. Upon his return to the locker, he found that someone had removed his I-Phone 5 and a sum of cash. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. #13-137 - Open.

Medical - L'Hommedieu Hall 10/29/13 11:19 AM
An individual fainted while in class. EMS was called to evaluate the patient who then refused further medical attention. #I-0297-13.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #6 10/28/13 12:23 PM
The driver of Vehicle #2 was pulling into a parking space and struck Vehicle #1 which was legally parked. Vehicle #1 sustained a dent along the passenger door to the front fender. Vehicle #2 sustained a broken mirror. #13-134 Closed C.

Criminal Mischief - Crabiel Hall 10/28/13 01:30 PM
An faculty member reported there was graffiti in the female's restroom in Crabiel Hall located on the first floor. #13-135 Open.

Vehicle #1 was driving north on Parkside Dr. and Vehicle #2 was turning left onto Parkside Dr. Vehicle #2 struck Vehicle #1 causing damage to Vehicle #1's rear driver's side door, rear quarter panel and bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to its front passenger side headlight and bumper. No injuries were reported. #13-133 Closed C.

An individual complained of feeling dizzy and faint possibly due to blood pressure issues. The patient was transported to a local hospital. #I-0294-13.

An individual parked his vehicle in the loading dock of College Center stating that he was unloading equipment. The subject was advised as to the proper procedures to follow should the need to park there arise again in the future. #I-0292-13.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #2 10/23/13 11:01 AM
Vehicle #1 was backing up and struck Vehicle #2. Minor damage occurred to both vehicles. There were no witnesses or injuries reported. #13-132 - Closed C.

Assault - Off Campus 10/23/13 07:00 PM
An individual entered the New Brunswick Center with blood on his face and clothing stating that he had been assaulted a couple of blocks away from the school. The individual was transported to a local hospital. #I-0295-13.

Concerned Individual - Main Hall 10/23/13 01:30 PM
A faculty member was concerned for a student after receiving an email from him. This email was forwarded to the Counseling Department who had already been aware of the situation. #I-0293-13.

A student was cleaning a knife used in the HRI Lab and accidentally cut his pointer finger. The cut was sterilized and bandaged. #I-0290-13.

Dispute - College Center 10/22/13 01:00 PM
A dispute occurred between two individuals each claiming that the other had been passing negative remarks. Both individuals were advised to avoid each other and to contact MCCPD should the need arise. #I-0289-13.

Suspicious Occurrence - Edison Hall 10/21/13 06:50 AM
A faculty member reported that while teaching a class, he noticed an empty holster next to a backpack. When he asked about it, the individual stated he was a law enforcement agent. An investigation into this matter confirms that the information given to the professor was true; the student is a law enforcement agent and at no time was a weapon brought onto campus by this individual. #I-285-13.

An individual experienced an asthma attack; after using an inhaler with no relief, the patient was transported to a local hospital. #I-0287-13.

Theft - Edison Campus 10/18/13 10:20 AM
On 10/18/13, an individual came to Headquarters and reported that sometime on 10/16/13 between 11:30 am and 5:00 pm, someone had removed the tires and rims from his vehicle and replaced them with old ones. The individual stated that he drove home and felt that his vehicle was behaving differently and subsequently took it to his mechanic who claimed that the rims and tires were damaged. #13-131 - Unfounded.

While at basketball practice, an individual planted her right foot to make a cut and felt a pop followed by a tightening in her calf. It is believed the patient tore her right achilles. The patient was transported to a local hospital #I-0284-13.

Suspicious Person - Library 10/11/13 04:46 PM
A staff member reported someone leaving the Library with a large bag which subsequently set off the sensors. The suspect was asked to stop but continued walking. The suspect is described as a dark skinned female, 5'5" tall, wearing a red hat, black and white striped shirt, dark pants with long dark hair.

An individual came into police headquarters to report a stolen Nintendo 3DS. He claimed that he had it in CC connected to a power cable. A friend removed it and gave it to another individual who then gave it to another individual. The serial number on the 3DS was CW912113515. #I-0279-13.

An individual experienced a panic attack before taking an exam. The patient was treated by the College Nurse. #I-0278-13.

A staff member reported criminal mischief in College Center Room 102. Upon police arrival, two holes were observed in the dry wall. There are no suspects at this time. #13-129 - Open.

A verbal dispute erupted between two individuals in the College Center over a missing video game. #I-0277-13.

Arrest - Edison Campus 10/09/13 11:50 AM
An individual was placed under arrest subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for a cell phone violation. The subject consistently gave false information to police regarding his identity which resulted in the obstruction of justice. #13-126 - A.

Arrest - Edison Campus 10/07/13 11:19 AM
A student became extremely upset after finding out that he would be losing his financial aid. The subject was becoming more agressive, standing very close to a staff member in an intimidating position. The individual was taken into custody after it was determined that there were several warrants out for his arrest. Closed A.

Harassment - Edison Campus 10/07/13 01:30 PM
An individual came into Headquarters to report that she was harassed on campus by a student whom she had previously upset by asking him to leave her food establishment located off campus. A detailed description of the subject was provided. #13-125 - Open.

Concerned Individual - Parking Lot #1 10/04/13 10:35 AM
An individual reported that while attempting to park in Lot #1, another driver threatened to vandalize her car while it was parked and unattended. Information on the offending vehicle was obtained. #I-0272-13.

Disorderly Conduct - Chambers Hall 10/03/13 09:15 AM
An individual was observed attempting to urinate on the shrubbery by Chambers Hall. Upon seeing the officer, the suspect attempted to walk away. The individual was spoken with and referred to the counseling department. #I-0271-13 CSC.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #1 10/02/13 11:15 AM
The driver of Vehicle #2 pulled out into the travel lane and struck Vehicle #1. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the front left fender, front driver's door, passenger door, left rear quarter panel and rear tire. Vehicle #2 had damage to the right front fender, right headlight, hood and front bumper. No injuries were reported. #13-123 - Closed C.

Suspicious Activity - Bluecolt Bookstore 10/02/13 08:45 AM
An individual found a small bag containing greenish-brown stems believed to be marijuana tucked in the shelf containing sweatpants and sweatshirts. A review of the security cameras was undertaken but police were not able to ascertain who had placed the bag at the location. #I-0269-13.

An individual reported that upon her return to her parked vehicle, she found it had been spray painted. #13-121 - Open.

Assault - Academy H.S. 10/01/13 08:15 AM
Police were dispatched to the Academy High School for a report of a male who had attempted to gain entry into the school. A staff member had reported that he was accosted by the suspect and forcibly pushed. The subject pushed the victim inside the vestibule of the school. Minutes later the subject was observed walking towards the bus stop. #13-122 - Open.
