An individual became disruptive in the classroom using profanity and becoming involved in a verbal confrontation with another student. #I-265-13.

Suspicious Individual - Main Hall 09/30/13 06:00 PM
An individual reported that there was a male sitting next to her in class that she did not recognize. When the teacher requested identification, the individual provided a first name, picked up his belongings and left the room. He was then observed in the hallway appearing nervous and avoiding eye contact. Police were then advised of the situation. A search of the area provided negative results. #I-266-13.

Civil Dispute - Main Hall 09/30/13 03:00 PM
During the first week of class, a student realized that she had purchased the wrong text book and another student offered to purchase it from her. The book was given to the intended buyer who then dropped out of the class. Subsequently, the suspect was contacted and he did return the book to the rightful owner. #I-0274-13.

Concerned Individual - Facilities Maintenance 09/28/13 12:06 AM
A staff member reported that she found a note that had been placed under her wiper blade. The note contained provocative language. There are no known witnesses. #I-0264-13.

A staff member reported finding graffiti in the women's restroom located on the first floor. There are no suspects of witnesses at this time. #13-118 - Closed B.

CDS Violation - Parking Lot #1 09/26/13 03:30 PM
A smell of burnt marijuana alerted police to an individual in a parked vehicle who had been smoking. The subject was advised that she was in violation of the Code of Student Conduct and charges would be forthcoming. #I-0261-13.

Lost/Missing Property - College Center 09/26/13 09:10 AM
An individual reported that after having taken the 814 NJ Transit bus to the college, he realized that his wallet was missing. A search of the area yielded negative results. The wallet is described as a black leather bi-fold containing a sum of money, debit card, driver's license and student I.D. #I-0259-13.

Theft - Parking Lot #2 09/26/13 08:52 AM
An employee reported that the grate covering the detention basin in Parking Lot #2 was missing. It was in place on 9/16/13, but on the morning of 9/26/13 it was no longer there. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. #13-116 Open.

Road Rage - Alumni Drive 09/25/13 09:46 AM
Two individuals became involved in a minor verbal altercation while parked in the middle of Alumni Dr. One of the subjects was accusing the other of being cut off on Otlowski Dr. There were no witnesses to this event. No further action was taken at this time. #I-0258-13.

Concerned Individual - Parking Lot #4 09/25/13 02:35 PM
An individual reported that while sitting in her vehicle, she was approached by a male who attempted to ask her out, leaving her his contact information. The victim was uncomfortable and wanted the incident documented. She was advised to contact MCCPD should any incident occur. #I-260-13.

An individual was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant following a motor vehicle stop. #13-115 - Closed A.

Disgruntled Individual - Crabiel Hall 09/24/13 01:45 PM
An individual was upset at being denied entrance to a program that was already in session. The individual left campus without further incident. #I-0256-13.

Theft - College Center 09/24/13 04:40 PM
An individual reported that he left his textbook on a sink counter while he used the restroom located on the second floor of College Center. While in the stall, he heard two males enter the restroom and then exit. When the victim exited the stall, his textbook was no longer there. A search of the College Center yielded negative results. #13-117 Closed B.

Medical - Physical Education Center 09/23/13 06:18 PM
An individual sustained a laceration to his ear after being struck by an elbow while playing basketball. The patient was transported to a local hospital. #I-0255-13.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 09/23/13 01:00 PM
Vehicle #2 was pulling out of a parking space in Lot #4 when it was struck by Vehicle #1 which had improperly passed another vehicle. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the right fender, right headlight and right bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to the left fender, bumper, hood and left headlight. No injuries were reported. #13-114 - Closed C.

Arrest - Parking Lot #6 09/23/13 08:30 AM
An individual ignored police officer's orders to stop while he was directing traffic in a crosswalk, nearly missing the officer with the vehicle. When the vehicle did come to a stop, a look-up was conducted and it was determined that there were multiple warrants out for the subject's arrest. #13-113 - Closed A.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parkside Drive 09/19/13 02:00 PM
Vehicle #1 was stopped in traffic on Parkside Drive and was struck from behind by Vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 then backed up and struck the front of Vehicle #3. One individual was transported to a local hospital with back pain. #13-112 - Closed C.

A student worker reported receiving several online messages from another student and was concerned for her welfare. I-0253-13.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 09/18/13 08:29 PM
When the driver of Vehicle #1 returned to his parked vehicle, he noticed fresh paint damage to the rear bumper. There are no Known witnesses or suspects at this time. #13-111 - Closed B.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #1 09/18/13 01:30 PM
An individual came into Headquarters to report that his vehicle had been involved in a hit and run sometime between 10:00 am and 12:20 pm in Lot #1. The vehicle was parked by Crabiel Hall and upon returning to said vehicle, he noticed a dent behind the driver's side passenger door. #I-0251-13.

Disorderly Conduct - College Center 09/18/13 11:14 AM
Two individuals became involved in a physical altercation after having a verbal dispute. They both offered their apologies and refused to sign complaints against each other. #13-110 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 09/17/13 09:00 AM
Vehicle #1 was traveling North in Lot #4 and Vehicle #2 was traveling west in the same lot. Vehicle #2 had been waiting behind two cars stopped at a stop sign and then proceeded around the two cars striking Vehicle #1 in the passenger side. #13-108 Closed C.

An individual was experiencing a migraine and feeling dehydrated. The patient was transported to a local hospital. #I-0250-13.

Theft - Main Hall 09/17/13 08:06 PM
An individual reported that he believed someone was in possession of his iPhone. The victim thinks it may have fallen out of his pocket; a number of calls made to the phone were rejected by the someone activating the ignore call feature. #13-109 - Open.

Medical - College Center 09/17/13 09:29 AM
An individual fainted while in class. The patient stated that she had felt fine prior to the incident. After being attended to by the College Nurse, the patient felt well enough to return to class. #I-0249-13.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #6A 09/16/13 01:55 PM
While attempting to pull out from a parking spot, Vehicle #1 struck Vehicle #2 which was traveling in the same direction. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to its front bumper on the passenger side and Vehicle #2 sustained damage to its driver's side front and rear door. #13-107 Closed C.

Criminal Mischief - Parking Lot #1 09/13/13 02:25 PM
Upon returning to her vehicle, the driver found scratches on the hood, trunk and side panels of her car. There was also a dent on the driver's side rear door which she stated had not previously been there. This case is currently under investigation. #13-106 - Open.

An individual was experiencing a panic attack. Oxygen was administered and the patient felt better. The patient was then taken to the Nurse's Office. #I-0244-13.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 09/11/13 09:56 PM
Upon returning to his vehicle, the owner noticed damage to the front end by the license plate area. There was also minimal damage to the undercarriage area of the veicle. However, it could not be determined if the damage was related. #13-103 Closed B.

An individual was transported to a local hospital after experiencing shortness of breath and stomach pains. #I-0241-13.

Dispute - Johnson Learning Center 09/11/13 09:51 AM
A faculty member requested police assistance with a student who had become disruptive. The student was removed from the class with the option to return. No further action was taken. #I-0240-13.

Disruptive Individual - Instructional Resource Center 09/11/13 11:16 AM
An individual became disruptive after being questioned about her presence in a lab reserved for Math, Reading and English only. After explainng the procedures for the use of the lab, the subject calmed down and apologies were exchanged. #I-0242-13.

Theft - Parking Lot #6 09/11/13 12:33 PM
An individual stated that after parking her car and proceeding on campus, she realized she had left her phone in the vehicle. When she returned to the vehicle approximately 5 minutes later, the phone was no longer there. #13-102 Open.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #2 09/10/13 02:11 PM
When the driver of Vehicle #1 returned to her vehicle, she noticed it had been hit while it was parked. There were no other vehicles in the area which had damage matching Vehicle #1's. #13-101 Closed C.

Lost/Missing Property - Bus Route 09/10/13 05:50 PM
An individual reported having lost her wallet after getting off the NJ Transit Bus. The wallet is black, red and white with Cheetah print containing a N.J. State I.D., school I.D. and buss pass for one zone. #I-0239-13.

Theft - Main Hall 09/09/13 04:04 PM
An employee reported that a computer in Room 123 was missing. The suspect had cut the security cord that connected the computer, monitor and keyboard. There ae no known suspects or witnesses at this time. #13-100 Open.

Possible Harassment - Library 09/06/13 02:00 PM
A female went into the Libray and asked staff to call police to report that she was being harassed by a male. Both individuals had left the scene before the police arrived. The male returned at a later time and claimed that the female was his wife and they were having a verbal dispute. #I-0234-13.

Suspicious Person - Crabiel Hall 09/06/13 07:13 AM
An individual was found to be writing advertisements on blackboards in Crabiel Hall. It was determined that he was not authorized to do so. The individual left without further incident. #I-0232-13.

Welfare Check - College Center 09/06/13 05:00 PM
An individual, who appeared to be in a disoriented state, was observed on campus going from building to building and speaking to a number of different individuals. He stated that he was attempting to register for classes and was directed to the Student Activities Office for further assistance. #I-0235-13.

Suspicious Item - Bookstore 09/05/13 09:20 AM
A student worker at the Bookstore found a bag which contained what appeared to be a white powder/crystal like substance. A field test of the substance determined that the bag contained CDS. There are no known witnesses. #I-0229-13.

Several individuals believed they were being harassed by a student after they posted on Facebook their idea to start a club to promote disability awareness. #I-0232-13.

Fire Alarm Activation - College Center 09/05/13 02:45 PM
A fire alarm was activated as the kitchen grills were cleaned with water producing steam thus resulting in the alarm activation. The building was evacuated; the fire department arrived on scene, reset the alarm and the occupants were allowed back in the building.

Medical - Center III 09/04/13 01:01 PM
An individual felt as though she was going to pass out. EMS was called to the scene and transported the patient to a local hospital. #I-0226-13.

While conducting a building check in Crabiel Hall near Stairwell #2, an officer noticed a fire extinguisher with its tag broken, pin pulled and used. The chemical agent was on the floor. Facilities Maintenance was notified for clean up. There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. #13-098 Open.

A staff member reported finding grafitti on the wall and inside of the door of the second stall in the men's restroom, Room 127. There are no known witnesses or suspects at this time. #13-099 - Open.

Concerned Individual - South I 09/04/13 11:45 AM
Police were dispatched to the Financial Aid Office in response to concerns regarding an irate individual. After speaking with the staff, it was determined that the individual had not threatened anyone nor was he exhibiting aggressive behavior and ultimately apologized for his demeanor. #I-0230-13.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Dr. East 09/03/13 08:00 AM
The driver of Vehicle #1, as he approached the intersection of College Dr. East and Parkside Dr., stopped late and struck the lower leg of a pedestrian crossing in the crosswalk. The pedestrian had put his hand down to protect his leg thereby resulting in the hand and wrist also being struck. The pedestrian refused medical attention and claimed he was not injured. The driver was issued a summons. #13-096 - Closed C.

Upon returning to his vehicle, the driver of Vehicle #1 observed damage to the rear quarter panel of the driver's side of his vehicle. There are no known witnesses at this time. #13-097 - Closed B.
