Fire Alarm - College Center 05/31/14 06:41 PM
The College Center was evacuated upon activation of a fire alarm. It appeared that someone had accidentally pulled the alarm. The fire department arrived on scene and after deeming the building safe, reset the alarm. #I-2014-010077.

Theft - Instructional Resource Center 05/27/14 12:36 PM
A student worker left his I-Phone on a desk and when he returned to the area, noticed it was gone. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. UPDATE 5/28/14 @ 12:54 pm - The student worker reported to police that following a cloud message left on the phone, an individual made contact with the owner stating he had found the phone in class. Subsequently, the I-phone was returned to the owner who did not wish to take any further action on this matter. #I-2014-009762 - Closed C.

Fire Alarm - Raritan Hall 05/22/14 04:46 PM
A fire alarm activated in Raritan Hall resulting in the evacuation of the building. It was found that burnt popcorn had set the alarm off. The fire department reset the alarm and the occupants were allowed to re-enter the building. #I-2014-009464.

Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East 05/21/14 11:46 AM
Vehicle #1 was exiting Lot #2 heading north when it struck Vehicle #2 which was traveling west on College Drive East. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the passenger side front fender. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to the driver side tire and rim. No injuries were reported. #I-2014-009363 - Closed C.

An individual began feeling faint while in class. When police arrived, the patient was found sitting on the floor but was alert and conscious. The patient refused a call for an ambulance but was seen by the nurse for further evaluation. #I-2014-009369.

Harassment - Blue Colt Bookstore 05/20/14 04:48 PM
A staff member reported receiving numerous phone calls from an unknown individual stating she owned him a large sum of money. The victim requested proof of having borrowed the money; the subject was not able nor willing to provide such proof. A search of the caller's number revealed numerous complaints against the caller for similar circumstances. I-2014-009297 - Open.

Theft - College Center 05/19/14 01:47 PM
After having attended a meeting in College, an individual noticed that her wallet was missing. Contents of the wallet included an I.D., a credit card, debit card and school I.D. Charges were made using her debit card. This is an open investigation. #I-2014-009221 - Open.

Fraud - Johnson Learning Center 05/14/14 03:39 PM
An unknown entity compromised a faculty/staff account and changed grades then proceeded to change the password of the owner. At this time, no other suspicious activity has been located and the email account is currently secure. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. #I-2014-008981 - Open.

An individual left her tote bag on the bench in the HRI locker room while she went to change. Upon returning, she found that the wallet was missing. #I-2014-008903 - Open.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #6 05/12/14 10:05 AM
Vehicle #1 was parked in Lot #6 and unoccupied; Vehicle #2 struck Vehicle #1 while backing out of a parking space. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the driver's side fender. Vehicle #2 sustained minor damage to the rear driver's side fender. #I-2014-008830 - Closed C.

An individual was feeling faint and nauseous and was on the verge of passing out. The patient was checked out by EMS but declined further medical attention. #I-2014-008589 - Closed C.

Criminal Mischief - Raritan Hall 05/08/14 11:42 PM
A staff member discovered graffiti in the elevator of Raritan Hall, written in black magic marker. Arrangements were made to have the area cleaned. #I-2014-008626 - Closed B.

Disruptive Individual - Main Hall 05/05/14 10:31 AM
Police responded to Main Hall Room 210 after a faculty member reported a disruptive student in class. After arriving 45 minutes late to class, the individual caused a disturbance by questioning the professor regarding exam material. Police questioned the individual about his actions; at this point, the class ended and no further action was necessary. #I-2014-008354.

Medical - L'Hommedieu Hall 05/05/14 02:08 PM
Police responded to L'Hommedieu Hall on the report of a student feeling faint. The patient appeared pale and was in and out of consciousness. EMS responded to the scene and transported the patient to a local hospital. #I-2014-008361.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 05/05/14 03:58 PM
Vehicle #1 was parked in Lot #4 when it was struck by Vehicle #2, which then left the scene. A witness provided police with a description of Vehicle #2 and contact was made with the driver. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the rear passenger side bumper and rear corner panel. Vehicle #2 sustained minor damage to the passenger side rear bumper. Police were dispatched to Crabiel Hall on the report of an individual having a seizure. Upon arrival, police found the patient responsive but not alert. EMS were called the the scene and transported the patient to a local hospital. #I-2014-008370.

Vehicle #2 was backing up and struck Vehicle #1; Vehicle #2 then proceeded to leave the scene. A witness reported the incident. Contact was made with the driver of Vehicle #2 and the appropriate summonses were issued. #I-2014-008366 - Closed C.

Fire Alarm - Academy for Science, Mathematics & Engineering 05/01/14 06:09 AM
A fire alarm was activated at the above noted location. A visual check of the building revealed no signs of smoke or fire. The Fire Department arrived on scene and made entry into the building. The building was deemed safe. Water had gotten into the smoke head in the foyer of the building resulting in the alarm being set off. #I-2014-008142 - Closed C.

Vehicle #1 was traveling north on College Drive East when it struck Vehicle #2 which pulled out of Lot #4 attempting to make a right turn. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the front right bumper and fender. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to the left front fender. No injuries were reported. #I-2014-008173 - Closed C.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Parking Lot #4 05/01/14 07:35 PM
Vehicle #1 was turning right in Parking Lot #4 and Vehicle #2 inattentively struck the rear of Vehicle #1 while turning. Vehicle #1 sustained dents and scratches to the right side of the rear bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to the middle of the front bumper and license plate. #I-2014-008176 - Closed C.
