Affinity Federal Credit Union Provides Generous Gift to the MCC Foundation

On November 2, 2010, Affinity Federal Credit Union representatives provided a generous gift of $5,000 to Middlesex County College Foundation. This new scholarship fund will support two deserving full time Middlesex County College students during the 2010-2011 academic year. Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation Scholarships in the amount of $2,500 each will be awarded to two students who have an established 2.75 grade point average and who have obstacles to overcome in order to achieve their educational goals. Middlesex County College Foundation Acting Executive Director, Rose Cofone (L), and MCCF Board member, Brian Legg (center L), finalized this scholarship opportunity with Lisabeth Degnan (R), Assistant Vice President, External Affairs & Financial Education of Affinity Federal Credit Union and Executive Director of the Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation, and Valerie Latham (center R), Member Experience Officer at the Affinity Piscataway branch and who will be heading up the new branch facility on Route 27 in Edison. MCCF is grateful for this generous support and new association with our corporate neighbor.
