Master Sergeant Franklin T. Wilson Memorial Annual Veteran's Scholarship Annual Award for Military Veterans who are residents of Middlesex County and who are current MCC students with a GPA of 2.5 or better or an entering full-time student who has satisfactorily passed all requirements of MCC's placement tests.
