Academic Advising

The Academic Advising Center and Open College Program, located in Chambers Hall 109, operates on a drop-in basis so no appointment is necessary.

You can visit the Center if you have any questions about the following issues:

  • future scheduling
  • concern about a particular class
  • requirements for your major

The staff of the Academic Advising Center and Open College Program is committed to excellence in:

  1. Providing all students with accurate information and thorough advising to assist them in making appropriate academic decisions
  2. Helping Open College students achieve a variety of personal and academic goals
  3. Providing advisors with information and training so they have the resources necessary to assist students in achieving their educational and career goals
