Counseling & Career Services

Counseling Services
The Department of Counseling and Career Services offers a full complement of professional counseling services designed to help students cope with academic demands, choose a career or major, and cope with personal problems.

Professional counselors assist students in making decisions about career choices, educational programs, college transfer, and personal concerns. Because counselors believe that each individual problem merits privacy and confidentiality, professional counseling ethics are practiced throughout the department.  The office is located in Edison Hall, Room 100.  To make an appointment call 732-906-2546

In addition to general counseling, services are available for students with disabilities, international students, veterans, and Hispanic and African American students.

Visit the Counseling Services Website for more information.

We assist students in preparing for and obtaining employment (including cooperative education and internships) and provide resource information regarding careers, employment projections, and area employers.  The office is located in Edison Hall, Room 100.  To make an appointment call 732-906-2595.
