An alternative to PowerPoint is Screen Casting software which allows you to create tutorials with audio narration that capture all the activity on the screen. This is ideal for demonstrating how to use a particular feature or tool in a software package. Screencast-o-Matic is a free online software that includes online creation, storage and streaming.
