WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION

Last day to withdraw from Winter 2012 courses is January 10^th. 

IMPORTANT: Failure to attend the class or verbal notification to the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal. In computing refunds for withdrawals, the date of withdrawal is the date the Office of the Registrar receives your completed Drop/Add form or the date that your add/drop is reflected in the web registration system.

Percentages to be Refunded

WINTER TERM

Withdrawal through December 22, 2011 (5:00pm) – 100%
Withdrawal through December 28, 2011 (5:00pm) – 75%
Withdrawal through December 30, 2011 (5:00pm) – 50%
Withdrawal after December 30, 2011 – No Refund

FOR ALL WITHDRAWALS
Students should retain a copy of the withdrawal form given to you by the Registrar’s Office until final grades are assigned. Withdrawal from a developmental course may limit the courses for which you may register for next semester.
